Gotcha Day

April 9th was Anara's Gotcha Day (the day that we got her from the orphanage). We celebrated by taking her out to lunch and talking about her adoption story. Nate wanted to do something special for Anara to celebrate her being home 1 year.

WOW, It seems like yesterday but it also seems like she has enriched our families forever. Much love to all of you. And especially her big sister that embraced it all.

Wow, that video was awesome. I did a similar video for Carter when he was 3. I watched it over and over, and I am sure you have done the same with this, and I am sure you shed a bunch of tears. She is such a beautiful blessing!!

Wow. I think that was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. What an amazing thing to watch - to see how she has blossomed and how she has changed your family. I feel blessed to know her and you!

great video! its so touching to see her come from a lonely orphanage to such a wonderful loving home. it's obvious even just through this short video how much love can change someone's life.

just curious...what program did you use to make the video?
