Anara's MD called yesterday and asked if we could have Anara's surgery today instead of Friday. Nate and my mom rearranged their schedules and it looks like it is going to happen this afternoon. She will have an ultrasound just to verify that there is a stone and then Dr. Kaefer will go in and take a look around with a scope. He will have to make an incision if there are stones and she will have another suprapubic tube put in. We should only be in the hospital 1 night. We are praying that no stone will be found and we will get to come home this afternoon.
Also, Anara's belly button didn't turn out quite the way Dr. Kaefer intended. He is having a plastic surgeon take a look at it today and figure out how to make it look a little more belly buttonish.
